ORVILLE LINDQUIST State
Program Executive Orville has worked with Minnesota YMCA Youth in Government as a staff member since 1990 and was a student and college participant in the mid-1980s. He is responsible
for managing and administering the affairs of Youth in Government, including
work with the State Board, budget management, fundraising and building
relationships with state government leaders and community leaders throughout
the state.
MATT LASURE State Program Manager Matt has served as the State Program Manager since 2004 and is a Youth in Government alumnus from the 1990s. He is responsible for working with the student and adult leaders of all delegations and is in charge of the on-site management of all Youth in Government conferences, meetings and trainings. Matt also works with a variety of committees to develop and implement ongoing program changes and improvements.
DIANE HAUGESAG State Office Coordinator Diane joined the Youth in Government State Office as a full-time staff member in 2003. She is in charge of administering all office-related functions for the Youth in Government State Office and manages many of the operations at all conferences. Diane serves as the point-of-contact for the office - producing publications, managing delegation billing statements, assisting with program registration and processing financial assistance requests.
RYAN STROZYK State Program Coordinator Ryan has been a member of the Youth in Government staff team since 2002 and was a program participant in the 1990s. Ryan assists with many projects on a part-time basis, including processing of all student program materials and management of many of the details related to relocation to off-site program events and conferences.
